This was quick project to restore an old car horn cap from the original.

1. First we look at the original horn cap.  Measurements are taken and a digital reproduction is done.

2. The first step is to wrap the concave area of the new cap with gloss black material.  A little heat from the heat gun to conform to the concavity and some patience with trimming are needed here.  The lettering and logo are then cut in chrome material and installed as a second layer.
